Do I need to modify my factory layout for robots?
For cobots — no. They are designed to work alongside humans in existing spaces without safety cages or structural changes. For industrial robots and AMRs, minor layout modifications may be needed. We assess and plan this during the free factory assessment.
How long does installation take?
A single cobot can be installed and running in 3–5 days. A multi-robot assembly line takes 2–4 weeks. Full warehouse AMR deployments take 4–8 weeks depending on fleet size and WMS integration.
What happens if a robot breaks down?
Our remote monitoring detects faults in real time. For Zirakpur and nearby regions, on-site response within 4 hours. For other locations, within 24 hours. All hardware carries minimum 1-year warranty with critical spare parts stocked locally.
Can my existing workers operate the robots?
Yes. Cobots use visual drag-and-drop programming that any operator can learn in a half-day training session. No robotics or coding background needed. We provide full operator training as part of installation.
Do robots qualify for any government subsidies?
Yes. Robotics and automation investments qualify under several schemes including PLI (Production Linked Incentive), MSME technology upgrade funds, and state industrial promotion schemes. We help identify and apply for applicable subsidies.
